Audioarts R-55E Radio Consoles Become the New Standard in Audio Mixing for RCN
Dealer Broadcast Equipment reports that client RCN Radio will install 13 R-55Es during their current renovation of all studio and transmitter equipment. Radio Cadena Nacional Radio is the largest AM and FM radio network in Colombia and continues to be a long standing user of Audioarts consoles. Existing gear on site included: R-60 and R-90 radio consoles. Currently RCN is in the process of standardizing all stations with the R55E-12 fader audio console. |

All India Radio Digital Upgrade Projects Awarded to Regional Dealer HBE
All India Radio, the Indian government broadcaster has ordered 124 Audioarts D-75 digital audio consoles for upgrading their analog facilities to digital. 85 of the consoles are custom configured for master control switching, allowing for smooth on-air transitions from one on-air (transmission) studio to another. These were delivered in March of 09. Another 39 D-75 consoles are specifically configured for dubbing room applications. These were delivered in July 09. These orders follow an order last year for 18 D-75s configured for on-air (transmission) studios. All three orders were placed through local Indian systems integrator Arraycom India, LTD and Wheatstone's local Indian distributor, Horizon Broadcast Electronics. |

DAAR Communications Installs 30 D-75N Networked Consoles
Nigeria's largest commercial broadcaster, Daar Communications, has installed 8 Wheatstone Evolution 6 networked audio consoles and 30 Audioarts D-75N networked audio consoles for their 3 main studios in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt, as well as for 13 smaller outlying studios. The systems were ordered through Broadcast Supply Worldwide earlier this year. |

14 Air-1 Consoles sold to Hangzhou Radio in China
Hangzhou Radio in China ordered 14 Audioarts Air-1 mixers for small editing studios as part of a larger order that included 4 Wheatstone D-8000 digital audio consoles, a Wheatstone Bridge digital audio router, and Vorsis FM-10 audio processors.The consoles were order through Wheatstone's China distributor, Audio Design Company, with offices in Hong Kong and Beijing. |

24 D-75s Delivered to Thailand's PRD Network
Thailand's public broadcaster PRD ordered 24 Audioarts D-75 digital audio consoles for upgrading their studios throughout Thailand. The consoles were delivered in January 2009 and ordered through Wheatstone's Thai distributor Broadcast and Studio Company, LTD. |
